This is functional movement training and core strenghting. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We use the same routines for everyone.  We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

    CrossFit St. Augustine is a clean family enviroment with well experienced personal trainers to guide you through the W.O.D. (Work Out of the day). We have group classes and offer individual personal training. There is no fancy equipment or machinery at CrossFit St. Augustine.  Our programs get results! We will prove it to you.
