  • Once you walk into our box (gym) its immediately apparent that North Jax CrossFit does not resemble most gyms…..No Mirrors, no TV’s, no weight machines, ellipticals or treadmills – just open floor space to train the most important machine in the gym – YOU! Our box transforms day to day to accomadate the WOD (workout of the day). What we do have are weights and barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, ropes, tires and other so called “old school” equipment. We choose equipment and exercises that require training multiple groups/joints to work together to promote strength, neuro-muscular control,

    At North Jax Crossfit, you train as a group, working towards a common goal. Members support and push each other to achieve things you never thought possible. You share in not only each other’s struggles but also each others triumphs. The atmosphere of our group classes cannot be found elsewhere…..which is why we refer to CrossFit as the sport of fitness. Natural comaraderie, competition, and fun of sport or game yeilds an intensity that cannot be matched by other means. This is at the heart of what makes North Jax CrossFit tick, what helps people succeed in meeting their fitness goals and what keeps them coming back for more.
