    At FreshJax, we teach and practice in the Kripalu style of yoga.

    Like most yoga styles and traditions, Kripalu Yoga is a combination of postures, breathing, meditation, and relaxation. What defines Kripalu Yoga is its emphasis: following the flow of energy, practicing compassionate self-acceptance (without judgment), and taking what is learned “off the mat” and into daily life. You’ll see the postures practiced in slightly different ways by different people to suit their unique strengths.

    One reason Kripalu Yoga has been embraced by so many people is that it is designed to adapt to ALL body types, ages, fitness levels, and interests.
