Our program is designed around functional fitness, which means our workouts involve exercises that mimic everyday movements so that you can become stronger and more efficient in day to day activities. We concentrate first and foremost on proper mechanics, then on consistency, and finally intensity. This formula is what will keep our athletes safe and successful and is a major part of what separates us from the other gyms that offer “CrossFit” workouts.
