Ashtanga Yoga is the oldest athletic yoga practice and is where Vinyasa and Power yoga where born from. Ashtanga Yoga is preserves the systematic athletic practice along with mediation, mantra, and philosophy so the ancient teachings have not been diluted. We offer classes 7 days a week for beginners to advanced practitioners with an emphasis on breath, concentration and meditation (even when we are pouring sweat!)
Our team of teachers are highly skilled and seasoned yogis with Yoga Alliance certifications at 200 & 500-hr levels.We specialize in proper yoga alignment and take pride in giving students individual attention at Ananda Kula. There is meditation, breathwork and relaxation in every class so you will be challenged but also have a calm balance. Bring a towel, bring a friend and come experience the power of yoga for yourself!
